Villa Veronica is find on the right of the bank of the Lipno lake in the calm of part village Pøední Výtoò.The interested persons that want to accommodate they find three apartments in new house, whitch was finished in 2002.
Two apartments in the first floor have two bedrooms with four beds.The third apartment is on the ground floor and has one bedroom with two beds and one exta bed.Every one from apartments has equipment in the kitchen (fridge,cooker,wave oven) and TV with sattelite.
The guests can to use a large garden – area 1000 m2.There are prepared the seats for whiles a good humour and barbircue. A surrounding is suitable for romantic activities in spare time.A beach is only 300 m from the villa. A lot of paths for bicycles are on the side of bank the Lipno lake. A wood is nearly of villa there are many,many mushrooms .You can go to play bowling to centre at Pøední Výtoò, or to swimm to swimming pool in Marina, or to try a new bobsleigh track at Lipno – Slupecna.
A bus is going to Predni Vyton from Ceske Budejovice,Cesky Krumlov and Kaplice. A railway station is at Lipno nad Vltavou distant from us about 5 km. If you go by car is possibility from spring to autumn to use of a ferry Frymburk – Frýdava .A frontier pass Prední Vyton – Guglwald is distant about 5 km, next Zadni Zvonkova – Schöneben is distant from of villa 12 km and you can travel to Austria across Studanky – Weigetschlag near Vyssi Brod.
If you will deside to visit our country in any season,you will be a lot of possibilities,how to make the best of with your spare time.From spring to the first of snow you can ride by bike, in winter you can ski at sport ski centres – Kramolin or Hochfich. In summer you can go mushruming in the nice woods and swimming in Lipno´s lake. Deside when you come you sure will not boring there.
